Turf Kings operates three divisions under one roof — lawn care, pest control, and Christmas lighting. Whether you're in the field, running routes, selling, or supporting the team, you're part of a company that stays busy year-round and keeps growing.

Pest Control
Mosquito, flea, tick, and general pest treatments. A fast-growing division with strong demand and year-round opportunity across the Indy metro.
Lawn Care
Fertilization, weed control, and lawn treatment programs for residential customers across the Indianapolis metro. This is the core of what we do — and where it all started.
Holiday Lighting
Professional holiday lighting installation and takedown, running October through January. One of the most in-demand services we offer — and it keeps the team working when lawn season slows down.

We hire based on attitude and work ethic first. Experience is a bonus, not a requirement for most roles. We'll teach you what you need to know.
What does the hiring process look like?+

Is this seasonal or year-round work?+
With three divisions operating across lawn care, pest control, and holiday lighting, we have more year-round stability than most companies in this industry. Season length varies by role.
How does performance-based pay work?+
Your effort directly affects your paycheck. Each role page has a full breakdown of how pay is structured for that position.
What does growth look like here?+

What are the core hours?+
Start times range from 7–8am depending on your role. Office positions run an 8-hour day with a 1-hour lunch. Field roles work until their route is completed — the more efficient you get, the more that works in your favor.
